看起来不错！不知何时能入选


但是我这里的cvs版还是存在那个著名的bug：
就是简单界面时，再用鼠标调整（小）界面，程序会异常退出。

如果加载mp3之类的文件时能够自动探测tag的编码，并由程序自身调整那个GST_ID3_TAG_ENCODING 就太好了。

至少可以在import时的gtkfilesel中给出一个tag编码的选项。
这样就不用跑去terminal了，而且上面这个变量象我这样的蠢人百分百的记不住，一直让 tomboy 这个乖仔帮忙记住呢。
