在装了cygwin后，按照大虾们说的进行到
./configure 或者是./configure --target=arm-elf 时，提示：

Configureing for a i686-pc-cygwin host.

隔上有10s左右,又显示：

Created "makefile" in /home/administrator/skyeye_insight using "mh-frag"/tmp/cNf1508/cNf1508.pos: line 8: cc:command not found

***The command 'cc -o conftest -g conftest.c' failed.
***You must set the environment variable CC to a working compiler.
