我用的是debian操作系统
我想建立一个CVS服务器，安装了CVS，在xinetd.d下配置了文件
service cvspserver
{
disable = no
socket_type = stream
wait = no
user = root
env = HOME =
server = /usr/bin/cvs
server_args = -f --allow-root = /home/cvsroot pserver
flags = REUSE
}
,在services文件中也出现了
cvspserver 2401/tcp
cvspserver 2401/udp
,可是我的CVS服务就是不启动阿，我重启xinetd，重启机器都不行，我哪里出了错阿？

root@QB:/etc/xinetd.d# export CVSROOT=:pserver:cvsroot@129.1.4.126:/home/cvsrootroot@QB:/etc/xinetd.d# cvs login
Logging in to :pserver:cvsroot@129.1.4.126:2401/home/cvsroot
CVS password:
cvs [login aborted]: connect to 129.1.4.126(129.1.4.126):2401 failed: Connection refused
这是我登录的情况！
