开源杀毒软件ClamAV发布了3.0 for Windows Open Beta版(32位，64位)。主要新特性是完整整合了ClamAV引擎。ClamAV是设计扫描收件箱邮件的杀毒引擎，但扫描常见的恶意程序并非是它的长处。另一个使用ClamAV引擎的开源杀毒软件Clamwin在检测恶意程序方面与商业杀毒软件如Nod32和卡巴斯基等还有比较大的差距。
